He has developed a strong network of leading pharma companies in India, leading to the heights that company has achieved today. He believes that workers under him should feel a family environment while working rather than typical corporate or a manufacturing unit. He is known for his approachability among workers.

Maunil holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from Babson College, USA. He is a TUV Nord Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
